"Arrival to hotel and informed that they couldn't find the booking. Apparently the booking was there all along. Hot water was shut off without warning and no notification or apology. Rude and unhelpful receptionist staff. Despite your own mistake in not locating the booking that existed all along, to tell our upset customer "I'm having a bad week as well" is completely unacceptable."
