"Great location with lots of access to food and convenience store. Very near to Cat Bi International Airport too, around 15-20 mins. Only sad thing was the pool was closed for maintenance and we were not informed during check in. "

"Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. "

"A very enjoyable stay. The staff here are the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at any restaurant in any part of the world. Always taking their time to listen to your questions and concerns. "Absolutely amazing hotel. Looks as nice on the inside as it is on the outside. Check in was very simple and no deposit was required. The room was very clean and spacious as we had two bedrooms and a dining area. There was also a washer/dryer, but we had to buy our detergent. The closest store was a bit away fyi. "I was asked to stay in Cozy tunately homestay, not far from my original property. This property is acceptable. Unfortunately I got a cold there. Location is one important factor when I decide where to stay.It is not a good practice to allocate clients to another property."
