"I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...

We returned with badly muddied shoes after a hike of Mt Kilimanjaro and left our shoes on the front porch. "We wanted to have a chance to relax a bit after our nine day safari and chose to stay here because it is close to the airport. You will be amazed by the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness, the delicious food, and the grounds, as the gardens are lovely. You will not be disappointed with choosing this hotel, they even have a nice pool and spa. The only cons were that there is no mini fridge in the room and the WiFi can be a little challenging."
