"AB’s Eco Garden was a welcome retreat after several days in large Vietnam cities. Nestled up against the limestone mountains. A little piece of paradise."

"Despite being close to Ninh Binh this retreat seemed peaceful and remote. Bikes were free to use. Breakfast was fairly limited and basic."

"The family did a great job of making us feel welcome. The food they cooked for us was great. And the accommodations were nice. The beds are softer which is nice as a westerner not used to Vietnamese beds. Also all their pricing was very reasonable. "

"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of Tam Coc meaning there’s dozens of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The boat tour from the harbour opposite is stunning. D was a great host and provided a load of options for things to do to make the most of the Ninh Binh area. We hired a moped through the hotel for a good price and were able to see all of the wonderful sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"I consider myself a princess when it comes to where I stay. We like to stay at large 5* hotels, so I was a bit leery of at a home stay. I would say Lily’s place surpassed all of the 5* hotels I have stayed at. Lily and her husband went over and above with everything they did for us They pampered us our whole stay 1 Booked our tours 2 Offered bicycles for us to ride 3. Provided quick laundry service 4. "Gorgeous picturesque property. Huge cabana. Kind thoughtful staff. Recommend everyone to stay here if they want a little space and quiet from the bustle. There are bicycles to borrow and motorbikes on property to rent for cheap. "

Cooking us a great breakfast Our friend needed a bank machine and right away her husband put my friend on the back of his motorbike and drove him there. "We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "

"Stayed here on a family trip Great value for money Family that run the home stay went above and beyond to ensure our stay was a good one Gave us advice on things to see, hired a bike and scooters at very reasonable rates. Breakfast was included and very good. Would definitely stay again. "
