"Spotlessly clean, well set up accommodation, private area and parking on site, great communication and beautiful setting. "

"We enjoyed the area. The chalet was well equipped unfortunately everything you touched was really greasy. The cooker top was discussing. We only used the fridge and kettle throughout our stay thankfully I had mugs with us. Lots of cobwebs and spiders and a slug or snail across the carpet every night. To enter the bathroom you had to go in sideways. The sink was full of shaver hairs and shaving foam the toothbrush holder hadn't been cleaned for months. The toilet brush would have made you sick...

"When i booked the property i was under the impression that the price on hotels.com was the price. We then had to pay extra for the dogs, extra for bedding and extra for electricity used. It would have been better if this was in the details of the booking before you confirm. When people are on a budget this could be hard for them. "Will stay here again. No parking outside the property, but there is a car park which is to pay for. Everything you need in the apartment. Only downside was that there was a rancid smell coming from the kitchen , which made you feel sick. So sprayed perfume all over it. Wasn't enough forks to feed the three of us. Will be back again "

"Such a beautiful river side hotel with a lovely little court yard as well as a bar, restaurant and coffee shop . Great choice of comfy seating either inside or on the out door terrace by the side of the river in a lovely setting with a view of the beautiful church which unfortunately wasnt open.We had breakfast and dinner which were excellent and reasonably priced too. Lovely comfy clean and spacious room with complimentary tea coffee hot chocolate and biscuits.The only downside: our room was at the back and due to the very warm weather we left our window open. Unfortunately we could hear the noise of the local night club making it very difficult to sleep . Although if the window had been closed it probably woudnt have been as bad. The areas surrounding dont do the hotel justice as it has seen better days with a lot of either empty or derelict shops/ buildings which is such a shame."

"I have stayed at this resort many times and it always serves me well. Set in beautiful grounds on a lovely golf course with splendor of wildlife, landscape and flora, even the hardest to please couldn't crack a frown at this retreat. The building is charmed in character, the staff at utmost professional and efficient, the spa, pool and gym facilities are second to none. As for the rooms, they are spacious, nicely decorated and furnished to high standards with full AC and blacked out curtains, the restaurant is lovely and the bar and adjoining garden area where you can also eat is well manicured and has a fantastic vista. You will not be disappointed and the vfm is incredible."

"Especially clean, staff were nice and professional, thankfully they had two fans in the cupboard as the room we were in was sweltering but it was one of the hottest days of the year so far didn’t have breakfast but it looked liked a good spread (Continental). The restaurant was busy on check in which says a lot about the food which is supposed to be brilliant so will deffo try next time. Bed wasn’t the comfiest but all in all would recommend the hotel and would be happy to take the family back 😬"
