The reception was cold and marginally helpful without time and pressure, in a nutshell, they avoided helpful interaction which cost me and my wife, hundreds of dollars because we had to find information and transportation in the cold. "Hotel contacted me around 2:30pm on arrival day to give me chech-in instructions. For me a bit too late. Because you need a special APP to get your virtual key. So you need internet and enough battery in your phone... GPS didn't find correct way as it is in an industrial area... Studio fully furnished but in grey, beige and white colors so quite depressive. No pictures on walls. A/C a bit too noisy and fridge too near from bed. TV was progrmmed in russia :((( "
