"2박3일을 예약하고 갔습니다. 체크인이 6시였는데, 배가 운항중이라고 7시가 넘어야 가능하다며 체크인 당일 오후에 연락이 왔습니다. 연박을 신청할 때는 배에서 2박을 하려는 계획이었는데 다음날은 선박을 해상투어에 이용해야하니 해상투어예약이 된 2시에 퇴실했다가 8시까지 돌아와야한다고 체크인할 때 갑자기 고지했습니다. 어린이날 연휴에 가족들과 서울에서 부산까지 내려가 갑작스레 예약을 취소하고 다른 숙박시설을 이용하기도 힘든 상황에서 다른 선택을 하기 힘들었고, 다음날 2시에 퇴실했다 8시에 입실하러 갔더니 배가 들어오지 않아 비오는 정박장에서 30여분을 넘게 기다려야 했습니다. 요트에서의 숙박이라는 건 가족들에게 좋은 경험이 되었지만, 사전에 고지 되지 않은 호텔정책으로 인해 어린이날 연휴를 계획과는 다르게 보내 많은 고생을 했습니다."
