"Very nice place. Cleaned and organized. However few things must be addressed. 1. Wood flooring across the resort must be replaced or repaired. Nails sticking out caused me step on them few times. 2. Air conditioner in the room works based on motion. In the middle of the night the ac turned off and I had to wake up and shake my hands few times for it to start working again. Not fun at all !!! 3. "Good value for money Close to Zemach junction (by car) The room and facilities were generally ok. The room was cold and air conditioning was very noisy. There were extra pillows and blanket. The walls are thin and you can hear people outside and next door noises Didn't have a chance to use the pool or eat the breakfast"

"We like this establishment and keep coming back. A bit overpriced, but can't compete with the beautiful view of the sea of Galilee from all windows and the little secluded terrace that allows privacy well appreciated for a couple's weekend. Only main shortcoming is the included breakfast that is underwhelming, especially the cold shakshuka and scrambled eggs. Just put a lid on the pans and warm up the surface it's on, how difficult is that?!?"

"The property itself is pretty and clean. Some of the staff need more training, especially the reception area. It was in disarray when I checked in and also never reachable by phone. The AC in my room didn’t work and then when it worked it wasn’t really functioning properly. The dinner was mediocre. We enjoyed our stay here and we will come back. Thanks to Rami, Shoham the lifeguard, Gal from the dining room and to the hotel director Denis. I appreciate your hospitality. "

"If the air conditioning had gotten the room cooler than 26C on our first night, I’d have been happier. The other problem - was the mould and unclean appearance of the shower and the fact that all 3 shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. I liked the hotel staff and appreciated the room was quiet and comfortable but AAAAGH how do they accept such low levels of deep cleaning? "
