Gute Verdunkelung und schallisolierte Fenster, sodass von draußen kaum etwas zu hören war; allerdings ĂŒber dem Studio ging es zeitweise recht polternd zu. Ansonsten war alles sauber, KĂŒche-/ und Badbereich, doch an der Decke in der KĂŒche und teils auf den Balken sah man deutliche Spuren, dass dort lĂ€nger nicht kontrolliert wurde. "Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklĂ€rte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies GetrĂ€nk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fĂŒhlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "
