"I originally had a different hotel booked but changed to this one at the last minute since it was closer to the city center and I read another review saying how it was very close to a parking garage. It ended up being ideally located, especially its proximity to the parking garage. The exit door from the garage is literally across the street (literally a few steps since it isn't a wide street) from the entrance to the hotel! "The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Door of the building didnt lock"

"It was so much better than i expected. For the price i paid [£45] it was a bargain. Excellent. Stay at room 19 if you can. The bed aas comfartble , excellent bathroom condition , hot water, and even there was a small patio in the room like a private terrace! Amazing i loved it. The neighbourhood i guess its a bit rough but i didnt mind at all .its a bit hilly around 25-30mins from central. Theres a tram stop in front which i didnt use because i walked."

"The property was spacious, this was a big plus. It was also on a quiet street, but not far away from the main road. Unfortunately I didn't receive the free upgrade I was promised on the phone, but the stay was still very pleasant."

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"The hosts were so nice and helpful. Let us in to the apartment early as it was ready and were very helpful by letting us leave our luggage on the last day as our flight wasn’t until later on. Great communication. Apartment was in a great location, walking distance to most things. There was a fan to keep us cool and we felt very safe. "

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"Amazing check in service and friendly and amazing staff, they were so keen to help and go out of their way to make us welcome despite being from England. I loved the vibe and the area was fantastic. The ease of check in and out was brilliant and the breakfast was fine. The only concern I had was that the air conditioning was only allowed to be set at hot and I feel sick when a room is warm so I couldn’t cool it down using the air conditioning meaning I had an uncomfortable nights sleep. Please Europe consider asking guests on check in whether they’ll require cool air rather than being set at the European temperature (warm) Otherwise an amazing stay and I will definitely be back! "

Great place for a weekend away.

"AMAZING! Great place for a small weekend away to Brussels / Belgium. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right in the centre of everything you will need. Even though it is in a busy area, there is absolutely no noise coming into the rooms. I would highly recommend for anyone who is tight on time / wants to prioritise location. Rooms were incredibly decent and comfortable. Minor point about temperature fluctuations in the shower but that is it!"
