"First I would like to say the staff is extremely nice and helpful and they work hard to make you happy. Many meals are served and food variety is very rich. Our stay at Alisa Cruise was disappointing for two main reasons. First, the overall experience is extremely touristic and industrial. All activities they offer end up being very crowded as you do the same activities as at least another dozen boats. Im Gesamt muss man jedoch sagen, dass die Bucht völlig überlaufen ist, was wirklich schade ist. Auf dem Boot hat aber alles gepasst, Essen war gut und der Service auch. "We enjoyed our room and the facilities, including the pool. However, we found the food was lacking in quality. Our room wasn't properly cleaned when we arrived (there was someone else's underwear on the floor and the mugs were not clean) and we had to ask the staff to clean it again. That being said, the staff were extremely helpful and kind. They definitely made the stay better. We apparently came during "off season" which made the whole area seem like a ghost town.
