"The location is unbeatable, whether for a baseball/football game, concert or anything! The hotel should be at least an 8.5. We had air conditioning issues that were remedied quite fast! In addition, the pool was closed all day. Give. That it was nearly 100 degrees and was to be my entertainment prior to the O’s game, I was very disappointed. However, the staff at the front desk was very amenable. She offered a generous credit for use at the bar/restaurant. That made me quite happy!!"

"The Wi-fi system is much more complicated and difficult to decipher than any hotel or establishment with internet that I've ever seen. It asks you to join Marriott Bonvoy or else pay $12+ per day, but makes the joining very diffuclt to do -- I had to ask downstairs for them to to it for me. To their credit, they set me up, and the staff was very helpful, but I still had to have the charge removed from my bill at check-out. And my spuse's cmputer kept getting knocked out of internet service...

"Stayed here because another booking fell through. Staff was very nice, room was clean and comfortable. We did not use most of the amenities but they seemed very nice. We stayed in a corner suite and the room was pretty massive, plenty of room for whatever you would need to do. Very nice place, would recommend staying here."

Breakfast was very serviceable. Only 1 of 4 elevators worked and stsying on the 12th floor created extra time getting in and out."
