"Although there is a kitchen, it does not come with any pot and pans. Not even plates and bowls. It has a washing machine but coin dryer is located at level 2. In general the place is pleasant. Changes the towel everyday. "

"We stayed for 2 weeks at LaCoziStay. We enjoyed the spaciousness with kitchen and the washer. The whole place was clean, the staffs were efficient and the location was convenient. Although it is little distance from the main attraction in Seoul, the public transit is very close, so it didn't bother us. There were many good restaurants and cafes near as well as markets. I would recommend this place, and I would like to return if we have to stay long term in Korea."

"I stayed there this summer and had issues because I placed my luggage in the wrong storage room. I called their help line and a really nice guy came to help me within quite a fast amount of time. If it were not for him, I would have missed my flight! Great place, people to help if needed and no face to face check in which is great for introverts of foreigners like me!"

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

"I like that the location is in the midst of tourist attraction, like, very short walking distance to Gyeongbokgung Palace, Changdeokgung Palace, Hanbok rental shops, and Jogyesa Buddist Temple. There are many cafes surrounding the hotel for you to take a break and chill. And I also appreaciate the surrounding sovenoir shops, which sell beautiful souvenoirs at reasonable prices. Within the hotel campus, there are many restaurants for you to choose from. From Korean bbq to other authentic korean cruisines. Hotel premise and it's rooms are clean, neat and tidy. This is a mordern tech hotel with facilities like self-check lockers for your luguage storage and self check-in / check-out stations. "

The BEST in Seoul.

"From the moment we stepped off the taxi to check in, our experience of The Shilla Seoul was nothing short of impeccable. I've stayed at many top hotels in Seoul and Tokyo. The Shilla Seoul is up to the level of Ritz Tokyo or Okura Tokyo, which I consider the best of the best. Every member of the staff is kind and respectful, and willing to go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. Rooms are classy and clean. Some may say this hotel is old. But it aged like a legend. This is the BEST hotel in Korea IMHO. "

"Very convenient location with subway stations nearby. 15min walk to coex mall which has Hyundai department store, a lot of restaurants and other stores! The hotel was a little bit old (no smart tv) but clean and the staff were kind and helpful! I will stay here again in my next visit. "
