"The rooms with double beds were very limited. We as a family had to adjust in twin beds. The tiled floor had cracks. The area next to the room was not very clean. I think it belonged to house keeping department. Worst of all, there was a lizard in the bathroom! We had also checked a suite, that too had a lizard."

"I booked it online and paid for superior room, however to our surprise we were given a very small, clumsy room with foul smell. Lizards and cockroaches were wandering in room and AC was not working. After complain at reception he showed us 7-8 rooms, all were of the same condition. some how we chose one room as it was 12 mid night and we had no option as we paid in advance online. Then it took 1.5 hr to get the water bottles for drinking water. our 7 years son slept thirsty. House keeping...
