"Our first impression of the Le Meridien Chanba Hotel in Xi'an was awe-inspiring due to its location, majesty, lights and modern look. However upon check-in, we had an issue as to whether or not the room was previously paid (it was previously booked and pre-paid) and if the room itself was ready - this took over 30 minutes to discuss and resolve. "The room was spacious and clean. Beautifully decorated with high ceilings. High tech as well. Gym is very well equipped. Did not get a chance to use the swimming

but it looked good. Breakfast buffet is extensive and well priced at 100 yuan. We had room service twice which was prompt. Staff were all friendly and professional. "
