"We had the most wonderful experience at 8 Rooms House. It is reasonably well located and is a few stops from Konak on the metro. And is at 10 minute walk from the Metro. Our host, Neslihan, was super gracious and welcoming to us. The place was done up impeccably and was a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Izmir to stay here."

"Super quiet, instant room temperature adjustment, wonderful beds, remarkable service, great breakfast, lots of room amenities. We did not want to leave. This is what we really look in a hotel for. We do not care about the view. The question, do you want a view above everything else you would have to stay somewhere else. The hotel is also great for meditation."

"Good, clean hotel. Helpful staff. Room service is expensive. Great open buffet breakfast. Spa and thermal water facilities were not at the same level of quality or cleanliness (was truly disappointed, and ended up not using the spa, pool etc. even though my main reason for picking this hotel over others was the onsite thermal pool). "I found the hotel entirely adequate. The breakfast was good, though the dining space was small and it could be hard to find a space to sit sometimes. The hotel was clean and centrally located, though the area immediately around it was not very inviting for tourists. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little cramped but clean and the bathroom was nice. "

A great base for exploring Izmir.

"Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!"
