"Had a great time staying here, we received great service the entire time, including in-room massages and a very long list of restaurant and cafe recommendations. The hotel is walking distance to the center of Palermo and lots of great places to eat, but options on the same street are limited. This was fine for us but may not be the best choice for others who want to have restaurants and shops immediately accessible upon walking out of the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. "

"The room itself was beautiful and very clean with an amazing shower and great air conditioning. The problem was that it was extremely loud at night. We requested a quiet room not facing the street but were put in a room where you could hear partying all night long on the streets. Room 3 also has a door that used to open to the main hallway where all guests come through. Loud guests woke us up at 7 am because the walls are very thin. "Perfect location, short walk to the historical town and 5 minutes walk to the central train station takes you to the airport. The accommodation is very clean nicely furnished with nice dining room. The owner Alexandra is an excellent host, kind and helpful even she got up at 5 am to provide us breakfast before our early flight. I would highly recommend it. George& Norma from Canada "

"Giovanni the host was fantastic. A really wonderful guy. He was attentive and made accommodations for us when we had early tour appointments. A nice place to stay in Palermo close to the main attractions. I would definitely stay there again. In fact, I left my binoculars and umbrella in the room when I checked out and he brought them to my next hotel before I even knew they were missing."

"The property was perfect for what we needed at this point in our vacation - relaxing and a nice pool to cool down in after a hot day touring the Valley of the Temples. The location was great and the dinner Giuseppe made for us was delicious. The room could have used a little bit of maintenance but was comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"This was probably one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed in with amazing friendly staff. Great location to explore the city. Wonderful breakfast and complementary cakes and coffee throughout the day. The property was a wonderful peaceful haven of calm to return to after exploring the busy city. The room was very spacious, beautifully decorated and chic. Highly recommend"

"This is truly a family owned business. And if you stay here you are treated like family. It’s very comfortable and well located. Staff went out of their way to assist us on several occasions. Plus the cappuccino is amazing. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The host Rosi is very friendly and helpful. The building itself is full of history and characters. Our room is at the lower ground floor which has its own entrance. The room is large, clean and comfortable. The facilities in the room is prefect. The location is very central and close to every attraction. It is so easy to get there from the airport by the airport shuttle bus. We would definitely recommend this place in Palermo!! "

"It’s a beautiful place and the view is amazing. The rooms are a bit small but that’s generally the case in Europe. The only issue we had was the shower. It has two issues: a handheld wand that I had to rig to stay up and at an angle so not to shoot out of the shower, and the shower curtain which allowed water to flood the bathroom floor no matter what you did. It was also really small making it difficult to wash up. "
