"We reserved a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids, we include in the reservation the “breakfast-buffet” however the kids were not included. They let us know when they just set up a table for two. Besides from that everything was pristine."

"What I liked the most is the relaxing environment that offers being on the Hotel and outside of it. Also the facilities and the organized things. I rate this hotel 9 out of 10 because the footsteps on the other rooms and the noise people make can be heard and scare you with the doors closing roughly. "Very kind lady named Coral greeted me having arrived extremely late in the evening (24 hour staffing much appreciated!). The room was just fine with an excellent shower and the breakfast just right with friendly staff. Location perfect for the city and close to the station and bus terminal. "

"Really nice owner, had a collab with a restaurant where you get 15% procent of the meal. The waiters there are happy and welcoming, you can check out from the hotel whenever you want since it's 24 hour opened. Great service! "

"There was no air conditioning and no hot water. Their suggestion was to open the windows— right next to a noisy busy highway! This is not a 3star hotel by anyone that went thru a bad stay like we did!!!"

Smashing Hotel and Great Value

"A well located hotel close to the main attractions in Valladolid. Friendly staff and very clean. Loved the place. The Cathedral and University are practically next door and there are good bars and restaurants either in the main square or near to the hotel within a 5 minute walking radius."
