"The bathroom was filled with a previous person’s hair. I asked to clean it and left the room for the cleaner’s convenience for one hour, but upon my return, the bathroom was still dirty. The mud was piled up in front of the gate by their own staff. I had to get out of the car and call reception several times before some poor staffer came out and tried to remove the huge pile of dirt.
