"Nice and cozy but spacious rooms. Clean and crisp bedding and towels. Clean cutlery and drink glasses wrapped and kept in fridge, smart. On top of everything is friendly customer service provided by staff there. "

"Nice place to stay. Needed a double bedroom as we were staying with elderly mother. They offered a good layout of two rooms off a lounge room (… oddly, not all accommodation offers this style). We don’t often frequent this area so found this location good and heard no compression breaking of trucks during the night so had a good sleep. Owners were helpful and put on air conditioning for us before arrival and gave good advice on where to eat. No complaints. "

"Room was awkward as kitchen was in spare room so when baby was asleep we couldn’t go in. Overall rooms were fine but the pool was green and couldn’t swim. Staff were very friendly and it was close to everything we needed. There were some questionable characters hanging around a couple of times but didn’t cause us any problems. "

"Nice spot about 35 minutes drive from Gunnedah, very popular with a variety of groups ranging from fishermen to grey nomads and anybody in between including young families camping. The air conditioned cabins are quite large and well designed. Our cabin had an ensuite bathroom so we did not use the amenities block. The queen size bed was very comfortable, we did not use the bunk beds. The ceiling fan in our rooms so noisy that we couldn't sleep with the fan on which was quite unpleasant in the hot nights as the air con in the longe room did not cool the bedroom. The kitchen is well equipped and as usual at these places we did find glasses and a few pots we needed to wash up before use. All taps in the cabin were leaking so the large sticker asking guests to save water was somewhat meaningless. Our cabin could certainly do with renovations."
