"お部屋は広くて良かったのですが、山がすぐ裏にあり風が強すぎてバーベキューがテラスで出来ず、コンロを移動させて部屋から直ぐに出たところで焼く事になったので、あまりバーベキューをした感じになら無かったのが残念😢 何よりも、入室する際の細かい説明がなされておらず、暗証番号を入力と記載があったがタッチパネルが壊れており、キーボックスの場所も説明がなかったので、探しまわり、結果カスタマーに連絡し、初めて場所がわかった！入るまでにキーボックスめ硬くすぐに開かなかったので苦戦し、15分〜20分もかかり不満に思った！それ以外は、ゆっくり寛げて良かったです。チェックアウトが10時だと周りで遊ぶ所が開いておらず、11時だともっと良いと思った。"

"中は、きれいにリフォームされていましたが、1か所だけ壁に穴が開いていました。あと、リビングの扉の把手が動かず何度か閉じ込められました。窓から見る景色は最高でした。また、利用したいと思います。"

"ゴキブリが2匹出ました。自然の中なので仕方ない部分はありますが、ブラックキャップを置くなどの対策は無しです。またタオルは全く水を吸わず、糸屑が全身につきました。料理をする為の鉄板は温まるまでに相当の時間が必要で、下準備中に電源を入れたほうが良いです。のんびりリラックスしに訪れたはずがストレス溜まって帰ってきました。"

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent! We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4. There is a good cafe next to the Villa Coretile and her coffee was great. Recommended. Communication was very nice & the host took care of what we need. We stayed 2 nights in early April. "Amazing experience! Although a little difficult to get to, this ryokan was totally worth it. We got the fish meals and they were extraordinary - nothing was in English, so we had no idea what we were eating. But that’s part of it! "
