"The worst hotel I’ve stayed. This was advertised as a four star property. This was misleading and at best a one star. The property is old and run down. Totally overpriced. The first room offered was unacceptable and the second room did not have water, i had to use the hotel communal toilet. The food ordered was not awful. We skipped the restaurant on the second day and drove 40 minutes to a dominos. The breakfast advertised was buffet. This was not the case. All I was offered was eggs and toast....

The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more.
The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed.
One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical.

"We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property.
