"A newly built high-rise hotel that is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of the train station. Our initial room was next to the rooftop bar, and it was quite noisy. However, the hotel staff were very accommodating and promptly moved us to a quieter room away from the bar."

"Overall had a great stay. Pros: - good breakfast - good downstairs area - Location - bathrooms in family suit was good size - friendly staff Cons - rooms are bit cramped for family (family suit) but assume this may be the case for most hotels near they city - rooms were not cleaned regularly - some days they were attended to some days not ( not sure what the hotel policy for cleaning rooms was)"

"The best aspect of this hotel is its relatively close location (about 8 minute drive, or 1 train stop) to the central district and place, while having a good price for spacious rooms. "Very well located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the OEZ shopping mall & metro station. BMW museum also close by. Room was very spacious and well equipped. "The room was so small for 3 people. Hotel seems to be squeezed two beds in a tiny room. I think it is over priced hotel for the service. There is no one to welcome you . You get a code for doors and make your way in. I was not sure who I would call if I needed help or cleaning etc.."

"The room was great, both in terms of cleanliness and price. Very modern and the kitchenette came with everything you could need to cook which really saved us some money. The only bad thing about this property is the location. It got a little sketchy at night and the women I was with were catcalled both nights we were there by men on the walk from the train to our hotel. It was to the point where we wanted to be back in the hotel before 9pm."

Great accommodation - disappointing food

"Excellent stay - I had stayed in Locke hotel Lisbon previously and loved the vibe so wanted to try this one out. Very central and close to both city centre and central station. Spacious flat with good amenities, comfortable bed, yoga mat, kitchenette. Smart TV and lounge area. Very friendly and helpful staff - only thing that sadly was a disappointment was the restaurant food. I had high expectations as the food in Lisbon was first class but the carbonara in Bambula was tasteless and an odd texture - would not recommend eating here based on this which is sad as the restaurant and bar decor is lovely "

Holiday Inn Express Munich North, an IHG Hotel

"Nice, modern place, secure, great pillows and beds. Loved the breakfast! It lasted a long time and had great choices for food. We also loved the late check out time. The only downside was the bathroom which doesn't have a vent so the room get steamy and moist. Also annoying is that the light switch to the bathroom is on the outside so that the light wakes people when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night."
