"Great hotel right in the heart of KL near the twin towers. Staff were so kind, they even let me do a late checkout than I even asked. There were some confusions at the check out but they were quick enough to fix it. Cleaning staff were superb. Weather was a bit bad but this hotel stay made it better. I hated that the area OUTSIDE this beautiful hotel was dirty. Hence why my stay at this hotel made it very special, even though they were doing some constructions in the pool area....

"Overall, the hotel is great for exploring KL. The only downside is the noise from the LRT which can be quite disturbing for light sleeper. Whilst we asked for room that is not directly facing the track, the noise is there. "

"My hotel room and the rooftop infinity pool were both lovely, amongst the best I've ever encountered. The lobby shop is helpful for last-minute snacks. However, the concierge staff were clearly bored and it showed in their lack of customer service. They don't warn you in advance that they charge to store your bags. Also, the elevators are in such high demand that they have to post signs warning you that trying to access them between certain hours could result in a half-hour wait."

"Among Genting this is quite convenient hotel to stay. Like their hot tub with different temperature zone. Enjoy the overall stay there and had back to stay there quite many time."
