"Overall a good stay and I would stay again. The apartment was an ok size. Had all that you needed. Housekeeping were accommodating with requests such as extra towels etc. Very walkable to the market, food options and the main shopping strips. Parking is a little bit of a pain on the other side of the road at the bus station but not too bad. "

"1 bedroom apartment was a very nice size and was very clean! Bathroom even had a spa bath which we were not expecting, especially at the very good rate we paid! The Pillows were exceptional!! The bedroom even had own TV, with a smart TV in lounge area. Absolutely loved the heated pool and Spa however, I believe there may need to be an upgrade or pump checked as it did not seem to have the usuall pressure to blow any of kind of decent water through jets. Still enjoyable. There was no food...

"What a beautiful property, in a wonderful location. Our room was in "as new" condition with everything we needed, including a kitchen and freezer. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of storage, big bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff. This part of North Adelaide is beautiful and walkable to cafes and shops, including a terrific Foodland."

"Firstly, check in good and staff really friendly and helpful. Room was fine and facilities ok. Very spacious and clean. However, there was next to no wi-fi in the room we were in. We did report it and was told they would try to reset it, but it was still terrible. "

"Centrally located apartment-hotel to explore Adelaide. Able to walk anywhere within CBD, or not far to walk to catch free tram. Close to Market Hall. Basic/functional room with kitchenette inc washer/dryer, lounge area & separate bedroom (with no window). Room smelt unpleasant/stale throughout stay, and some of utensils/crockery were unclean. Only one lift to service all rooms, thankfully as we were on 1st floor we were able to use stairs rather than waiting. Parking was included as part of VIP...

"Nice property, I would recommend the following Update the TV to allow streaming - TV would not show as option to stream even when on same wifi My room was on level 1 - lacked privacy with trucks and even bike riders zooming past your bed and lounge window - maybe add 1 meter of frosting to the bottom of the window may be nice Is no cleaning or towel replacement Vert secure with Lots of cameras, feel like I was on big brother. :)"

"Stayed here with family and was adequate for our footy trip. Have stayed before and the 3 bedroom apartment is reasonably priced for a family. Good proximity to Adelaide Oval ,Cathedral Hotel and North Adelaide eateries. Beds are comfy and spacious bedrooms. Staying again soon."

"We loved staying at Hume Serviced Apartments. The staff were always available and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We could have used more than a frying pan and one cooking pot, but dinnerware was plentiful."

"Fantastic family holiday Thank you. We stayed a week and we thought everything was great. Washer dryer and dishwasher all working and in great condition. Extra towels requested were available and we used the pool and BBQ area. Problem with the shower head was fixed the same day. Room had everything we needed."

LOVE STAYING AT GRAND CHANCELLOR

"Never fails to please! Have stayed here for many years and in 2024 quite a few times. Staff are friendly and helpful and were happy to help with my requests. The room was nice and a good size. Bed was AMAZING - extremely comfortable. Breakfast had a big variety of food and many people made use of the pancake machine. Dinner in the restaurant was very enjoyable - we had salmon which was lovely and the grilled chicken curry - spicy but soooo nice, I would love to have taken a container home just of the sauce 👍. Price was quite reasonable. The hotel is close to many attractions - museum / art gallery / casino / Rundle Mall (main shopping area) and much more -mostly 5-10min walk. Tram is 5mins away and free within the city area. Tram to Glenelg beach is good and about 25mins and no need to find a carpark. Lots of shops, restaurants and a lovely beach and the tram has stops along jetty road and final stop is just a few metres from the beach. In summer, peak time, there are beach beds and tables and chairs under umbrellasqhere you can laze and purchase drinks and food. Love the Grand Chancellor so much that we're staying again in January 😊. "
