"Friendly staff and close to the gondola are the best things I can say about this place. Pretty expensive for what you get, but not surprising given the limited number of hotels in Gulmarg. I think they had cancellations since the snow was lacking, so the hotel was nearly empty... which is one of the reasons I think they never really turned the heat on!
