This was in a great location right by the beach. Unfortunately it was so loud at night with people partying on the balcony that sleeping with the door open so we could hear the ocean at night was intolerable. A Boise policy would serve everyone well.

Out of all of my years of traveling, this was the first hotel that I have stayed in that had a daily charge for parking. Also the first one that ever had an up front per day charge for incidentals. They were reversed back to my card upon check out. Housekeeping was only available upon request. Asked the lady at the front desk for fresh towels, she took down my room number and said she would send some up. Never received them.

Staff is wonderful friendly attentive! There was remodeling so little disappointed with that. Parking charge of $10 per night should be looked into of not charging. Overall once the remodeling is complete this is a good place to stay however the staff was my favorite part of the stay. They deserve a thank you!

They do not disclose that they have no pool, it’s being remodeled but there was no work on it for the 3 days we were there. They also state they are pet friendly, make sure to ask the charge, I was surprised when I looked at my credit card statement after returning home. They also don’t disclose there is a parking fee, again found that out once we returned home through credit charges. We ate breakfast the 1st morning, but I’ve ate better hospital cafeteria food that taste better so we didn’t eat again, it was $18 per person, for powdered eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and cereal/ muffins. Would not stay again.

I went to the restaurant, the tables were dirty and I was asked to come to the bar to give my order (I have mobility issues). The item I wanted wasn't available, which happens, but the bartender couldn't manage the volume. She stated that she had a full bar and was too busy. HGD, there are only FOUR seats at the bar. She only had two other tables. She was nice, but overwhelmed. I decided to go upstairs and wait and order room service later. I was told I could come down and order and they would bring it to me....again, I have mobility issues. I have worked as a bartender/server, even working for a couple of years at a Hilton Garden Inn so I know how difficult it can get. Maybe she wasn't that experienced or maybe the hotel was understaffed (It was Christmas) but I expected better service and I know that Hilton expects better, as well. I'm still loyal to the brand but thought this needed attention.
