"Arrived for new years. What a feast! 4 hours of music, with intermissions that included lion dancing and a magician. Band was really, really good. Only couple of negatives: too many people hung their clothes out to dry (nobody wants to see other people's unmentionables drying) and the breakfast food was average. Service was excellent and the room amenities top drawer."

"Booked a room with pool access which was a little misleading as the pool which is outside the room is about knee deep. The resort’s whimsical, university-themed concept was a delight, offering countless opportunities for memorable photos. One of the highlights was dining at the Pink Pearl, a restaurant that perfectly balances glamour and indulgence with its exquisite decor and superb culinary experience. Special thanks to the exceptional butler team, Di, Joy, and Marcus, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and memorable. Ms. Di reached out to us even before our arrival, arranging a thoughtful celebration for our anniversary. The personalized service extended to a warm welcome from the General Manager, which made us feel truly valued. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, featuring a wide variety of options from authentic Vietnamese dishes to international favorites. The only drawback was the strong winds during our stay, which unfortunately limited our ability to fully enjoy the beautiful Emerald Bay and Ice Cream Beach. However, the resort is conveniently located—just a short bus ride to Sunset Town with its vibrant dining scene, as well as close proximity to Sun World and the Kiss Bridge. Overall, JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay exceeded our expectations, and we can’t wait to return!"
