"Façade of a Business Hotel There's nothing charming or beautiful about this hotel, or the area it is in, so the only reason most people come is business (we were there as part of a vacation, but we were exceptions). Given that, you'd expect a front desk staff that spoke English, but most of them didn't speak a single word of English (there was one exception, who was also the only really friendly person we met behind the desk). "This Hyatt located in the new district it is very spacious in and out. The hotel services from the front desk to the room service are very good! Their employees are professional and willing to help when you have a requedt. As soon as you walk out of the hotel lobby the city streets are wide and not as crowded as the old district. You can find all kinds of shops and eating places. Restaurants in the hotel are beautiful but beware the price when you book a private room for dinner! "
