"This is a rare find that is hidden in the mountains. It is hard to find but once you find it you will receive unparalleled service. The owner greets every customer every morning. "I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great. "

"one the best beach front resorts in sta. fe. i was upgraded to larger cottage with loft. the host was very friendly.. the food is great. the beach is amazing.. be sure to watch the sunrise it is beautiful. "

"We had a nice ocean view it was a nice room . They helpeded us arrange our diving trips. A private beach. They did get a little too strict regarding entering the water . It was hard to walk on hot sand to get to snorkeling area. But we loved the place."

"I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure. "the Nemos Dive Resort was fantastic, the staff and managment went out of their way to ensure every need was met. The food at the restaurant was out of this world. My room was excellent and extremely clean and very modern, at night the management had theme nights at the bar and made sure everyone staying there joined in and had fun. The best holiday I have ever had. look forward to a return holiday as Nemo's Dive resort is unbailable. LOVED IT. "

"Great dive hotel on a lovely beach. Communication prior to stay was excellent, room was clean and comfortable and bar restaurant was awesome. Most importantly, they were brilliant to dive with - the first boat out in the morning and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we’re next in Malapascua"

"Not at all like the pictures. Internet was awful. No fridge, bed was hard, one sheet, no blanket or comforter, coffee was instant, water was brackish, a lot of poverty, tried to put in awful room and shared bathroom, door fell off when I went to use it, paid for an ‘upgrade’ to have my own bathroom. Window in bathroom wouldn’t close. Go to one of the other hotels. "
