"This review goes well beyond the 5 stars. While the Hotel was magnificent, the customer service shined even brighter. We arrived in town after a long 6 hour drive through some hard rain. The city had some streets blocked off due to a student parade and it was really difficult to locate the hotel with my GPS. "Great value for what we paid, 2 female senior citizens. Affordable hotel in a nice and convenient spot next to shopping center and major bus hub and in the middle of city center. Train station about 6 minutes away by local bus right by the hotel entrance . Very clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating. We’ll return and we’ll recommend to our family and friends!"

"Fantastic place to stay. The hotel grounds were absolutely amazing with the best views. You can see and fell the history. The hotel is open to explore and has multilingual signs to explain the history. The employees were very friendly and helpful. Parking lot outside was huge so very easy to park and secure. "We had 2 rooms and they were both extremely clean and so picturesque. It was a rainy night and our room was a bit chilly but fortunately my son and his girlfriend in the other room prefer a cool room we used the extra blanket in their room and had a cozy sleep. The only less comfortable part was that there was only a single pillow per person and they were a bit small. The breakfast the next morning was amazing, with so much variety and homemade goodness."
