"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"The property was beautiful and offered great views and even had a small private pool. The space was welcoming and large, perfect for a small family! We do recommend the resort, especially during hot months, to have the AC units serviced appropriately as there aren’t many close dining options so most meals are prepared in the home, and no AC in the kitchen was miserably hot. We did have a difficult time after check in to get in touch with the resort to arrange transportation in a timely manner....

"We had an amazing time at this resort. We had a 2 bedroom ocean view suite for our family. The resort is new and well kept. The staff was so attentive, engaging, and helpful. The entertainment was top notch, especially the Jamaican Evolution show. We were only able to get reservations at one of the specialty restaurants, Kyoto, the Asian restaurant. That restaurant was just ok. We preferred the buffet with all of the local foods. There were even oxtails on the buffet one night! I would definitely recommend this resort to others."

"Everything was good. Location, room, food, staff etc. This is my new spot to stay when I come to JA. You get the same that you would get at a more expensive resort for wayyy less here. Loved it! I would have given all 5 stars but one of the kitchen staff ruined it, she didn’t smile had an attitude the whole time, her face already set up to look upset so she should smile. They accommodated me with my baby except her, she reminds me of a sergeant, Marie and the others were awesome, extremely helpful. "
