"Stayed in this property during my stay in Marrakesh, staff was welcoming, explained how to get around Marrakesh to me. The room was perfect as the cleaner was always there every morning to clean and change beddings. Restaurant staff was lovely and friendly and over they made my stay here a one to remember and will definitely be back. Only little issue I had was my wifi connection wasn’t too great in my room but over still goof"

"First point is that this is a 3* hotel not a four as advertised on hotels.com. It looks rather grander in the photos than real life. The hotel is located at a junction on Ave Mohamed V, next to a somewhat larger 4* hotel. There is some traffic noise. There is a SMALL outdoor swimming pool on the roof. Rooms were clean if a little dated, with prompt and efficient house-keeping. Bed was comfortable. Staff on front desk were very helpful. The hotel is near a large shopping centre, and less than 15 minutes walk from the station. There are various shops and cafes nearby. The Medina is around 25 minutes walk. It's a good value and convenient hotel for the new town, but not a luxury hotel, which is most people's definition of 4*"
