"I have stayed here many times. It is cose to the GYE airport and across the street from Mall de Sol. Thos is the perfect hotel with c access to may amenities nearby. The service is great and don't miss the excellent breakfast buffet. Not like north america where you get an arificial egg pattie, a yogurt and a bowl of cereal. Canadian hotels need to step up their game."

"We arrived late at night about midnight by taxi from the airport. Security guard and desk attendant attentive but, no bottled water available for room at hotel or near by. We had reservations but no towels or soap in room. security guard went down the street and bought us a bottle of water and returned with towels. We had called from USA to tell them our flight was coming in at midnight and was told there was no problem with that. Anytime was fine with them. The neighborhood was not somewhere...
