"Villa el Tucan is a gem with impeccable service! Bijagua is a cute little village close to Rio Celeste with this new adorable lodge. The owners thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and memorable. The cabins are cozy, clean, airy, and they even have screens on their windows and sliding glass door. Communication with the host was excellent—he went above and beyond by arranging for his dad to check me in at 1 PM, an hour earlier than the standard check-in time. "This place is a hidden gem! The rustic cabins are well maintained and clean. A short walk from the cabin and you arrive at the restaurant where the food is amazing and reasonably priced. The hosts were so nice and helpful, making suggestions for our hikes and other options for dinner (although we ate on site 4 times it was so good). Our kids miss Lucky and Domino and wanted to take the puppies home :-) I would definitely recommend!"
