"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and conveniently located from the airport and sight seeing in Guatemala city. The included breakfast was a great start to the day. The staff even made us a packed lunch when we left too early to eat the breakfast. The only thing I would recommend is providing contact info for some trusted taxi drivers."
