Safe, easy to walk to many restaurants in the area. Easy to get an uber or taxy, and most of all the staff. Very very friendly staff. Laundry service, and ATM services inside the hotel area, also a breakfast buffet and a restaurant that has many food options within the hotel and a bar. The room has a separate living room with a kitchen. I always have a great experience. This would be my third long stay while visiting Guatemala 🇬🇹 ❤️

It is a nice property but it seems something always doesn’t work? Sometimes fridge, coffee pot now the phone doesn’t work Have noticed staff and management has improved over the last month. With the rates the hotel is good . I’m sure you will enjoy the hotel and central location

I had a suite that had a microwave stove and refrigerator.Its like an apartment.All the staff is very friendly .Rooms are big .This place is better than Clarión suites.The wifi it's not that good.Other than that this hotel it's great .
