"Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator.
