"This guy needs to communicate with guests better. I requested how to get in the day before, then twice the morning of my arrival. I didn't hear from him until 2:30 pm and check in was at 3. I was in Braga at that point and had to go wait in a cafe until I got his email. (It was raining) When I showed up at the place, a couple was outside trying to get in. Then later, after I returned around 8 pm, another couple was outside who couldn't get in. I let them in."

"The apartment (3) was absolutely spotless, it was like we were the first people there. Brand new washing/drying machine, oven and fridge freezer, comfortable, clean beds, towels and large table. There is no kettle or toaster, these would be useful additions, as would a variety of glasses (there were only very small ones) and there were only large plates and one cereal bowl. "This is the second time we stay at this beautiful place. Great location, comfortable rooms, good food, and most importantly amazing staff that always go the extra mile to make your stay a special one. "This is a great hotel within minutes of the airport. The shuttle is convenient and one just needs to call ahead to reserve it. It’s also conveniently located within a 5 minute walk of the light rail (metro) which gets you to downtown Porto in about half an hour. The restaurant is great; one of the best bacalhau à brás! The hotel is clean and quiet and the staff are fantastic. The only suggestion for improvement would be better lighting in the bathroom."
