Fizemos a reserva antecipada, porém no check-in nos informaram que não havia quarto disponível. (sem antes confirmar nossa reserva). Após insistirmos que gostariamos de nos hospedar (por ser un local distante da cidade) fomos colocados em quartos diferentes da categoria reservada. (Um inclusive usado por funcionários, onde a noite nota havia barulho e movimentação)

Lugar bonito, bastante atividade para fazer, boa alimentação e ambiente confortável. Porém piscina não é aquecida conforme informado e funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos porém ainda perdidos no atendimento.
