"This is an excellent, central hotel with wonderful friendly staff and a nice pool. The bed was really comfortable, the view from my room was great and the bathroom is pristine! The breakfast buffet was also tasty and fresh. I will definitely be back! "

"The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit of over 1100 sq ft is an amazing value. The unit was very contemporary and very well maintained. It was like a small house with even a separate laundry room of good size. All appliances are top line and in good condition. My unit was a corner one, with lots of windows. You’ll have a great view since the hotel starts on the 40th floor of a 52 story building. "Great hotel, super new and modern. Rooms are big and spacious, they have great facilities. Breakfast and afternoon tea with fairly good options, restaurant accommodate great options of local cuisine. Hotel is located walking distance of touristic places and well located to enjoy Xi’an. I will definitely stay in this hotel again when visiting Xian"

"First of all, Pan Pac Suzhou (吴宫) is definitely worth the price. The scenery within the hotel premise is really fantastic, tranquil and serene. Makes you feel like you just stepped into a majestic chinese mansion. Breakfast buffet was so super good ! We had lunch at the Haitianlo restaurant, the food was very nice and affordable! There is a laundry room at lvl 1 with free washer dryer and detergent, laundry bags were provided too. The indoor pool was heated and there was a lifeguard on duty. Our room was at the XiXiaLou side. The hotel staff were very ftiendly and helpful, doorman was also very helpful! I would definitely return here if I come to Suzhou again. Would recommend to friends and family too."
