Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was a very disappointing experience. I stayed a whole week during a business trip in June 2019. It was by far the worst place I stayed in China. I picked this one because it was the only one stated that it has free parking, and I rented a car to visit few business places. And that was about the only positive part. Location. It is situated uphill in a residential community that nearby subway is beyond walking distance. And, it will be a good exercise for you to walk few hundred yards up the hill when back from local dining. Call a ride is a must for you. Secondly, local dining, it seems to be a low to middle class migrant community, you will only find 4,5 dirty street stalls or alike serving NON-local street fast food. You won't taste locally renown Cantonese cuisine if it matters to you. Now, the condition of the facility. The closest comparison will be a old Motel 6 or Super 8. Mostly cleaning, but old and run-down. Staffs are not professional to say the least. Polite but not helpful. From the moment I step in the door, I knew I made mistake. I was not mis-treated badly by anyone in anyway, but felt obligate to warn everyone to stay away from this place. It should not be listed on Expedia. Lastly, it seems to be a military investment for it is right next to a military base, and has military equipment manufacturer occupies the top floor, and its posters in the elevator. STAY AWAY. It maybe OK for domestics to stay, but not for foreigners.
