"When we checked in, the room we were assigned was a non-smoking room on non-smoking floor. However, the last tenants likely smoked heavily and the room was full of smell when we stepped in. After talking to the hotel staff, they immediately arranged for another room on a higher floor for us with their staff ensured us satisfied with the room before leaving us. The room had just set up with an extra bed (likely the room was preassigned for additional guest in the room) but the cleaner lady was...

"This hotel is located in Luohu, the older part of SZ. But the location is fantastic as the hotel is just next to the malls and there are plenty of dining options. The room is spacious but abit dated. Upon check in, we found that the day curtains were torn with two holes which is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Had informed front desk during check out. "
