Hotel is ok for its age, unfortunately, I didn't have cold water in the bathroom and wasn't able to shower. Yes, only hot, very hot water. Staff was good at lending me another room to shower, I was traveling alone so, no big deal.

Not far from center but if it's a hot day go somewhere else. a/c didn't work in both rooms i got and I was promised maintenance was going to check yet no one arrives. 98 degrees was not fun

The hotel is very outdated nothing like the pictures. We were set up in one room and the ac wasnt working, water from the shower was coming out brown and water was rising. Second room they changed us the ac was dripping and there was puddles of water inside the room.

This hotel had no water and when water came it was all dirty and black, so disguisting. Our room had no AC as it was not working. Two days with no AC in a hot room was not fun. Elevators are to slow for a 20th floor hotel plus only one elevator wS working. I would nlt recomend this hotel, terrible stay 😒😒 this hotel should not be in bussiness. I would like my money refunded.

Por el lado muy malo, nos encontramos sangre y otros residuos en las sabanas y colchas, moho negro en la ducha (la cual no usamos por esa razón), bajo las camas había basura. En general la limpieza de la habitación era terrible y la condición de las instalaciones era promedio por no decir mediocre con manchas y mal olor en las alfombras de los pasillos. Por el lado bueno, los espacios son muy amplios, la comida en el restaurante es buena y me gustó la pequeña exhibición de arte, además del gran jardín y la alberca. El problema es que aunque las áreas comunes sean bonitas, la mayor parte del tiempo la pasamos en la habitación sintiéndonos no muy confortables, y aunque se ofrecieron a cambiarnos de habitación al final, la verdad es que no esperábamos mucho más de otra habitación y lo que queríamos era simplemente pasar la noche para continuar nuestro viaje

I could see that this is an extremely too old hotel, that now is not safe to stay. Soy conosedora de hoteleria a nivel mundial pero mis experiencias solo las plasmo en mis expeiencias en la hoteleria Jalicience como tal reconosco que este hotel fue muy util, precioso y elegante hace 40 años para tras. Y que hoy en dia este lugar no es saludable, ni seguro ya que necesita estremadamente demasiado mantenimiendo!!! Porfavor por bien de los clientes alguien deve de tomar en cuenta mi opinion. Entiende que esto sera muy costoso pero pueden enpesar de piso en piso como el hotel Plaza Diana, hotel Fiesta Americana, hotel Presidente Intercontinental, etc. etc.
