"I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated how helpful the host was. The cleaning lady is super kind. There’s a well-equipped gym in the building, which was a great bonus. There’s a LIDL conveniently close by for shopping. While the flat is a bit further from the center, the bus station is just a 3-minute walk away, and the S-Bahn is only 10 minutes, so it was easy to get around. Thank you so much for everything!"

"The hotel is well located, property was clean. On duty personal was OK but not very amicable. we stayed one week and the room was cleaned only once! we are long past the covid days !. We had to ask for towels to be changed..."

"Luckily everything worked so I can’t comment on the lack of a front desk when it doesn’t work. On other sites there were mentions of people going through their belongings which prompted me to have everything with me at all times. The room was almost perfect for our family, and I would stay here again, and recommend it to others traveling alone or as a couple. "I stayed for 5 nights, with wife and 2 kids. The apartment is family friend, in a nice area of the city, safe and with a pleasant walkable distance to groceries, cafe shops, restaurants, and many attractions. The entrance to Kurfürstendamm underground station is just across the street. Also, easy communication with the property managers. Recommended."

"Very nice rooms with little balcony, bathroom and kitchen, nicely furnished. Unfortunately the communication about the PIN code on how to access the building and room got ‚blocked‘ by hotel.com and arrived 24 h later. Thankfully the lady still worked… 30 min later she would have been gone. "

Lovely hotel, nice location, not bad value

"Really enjoyed our six nights in the Pullman and they seemed to have taken on board my request for a nice view as our room overlooked the Tiergarten and was on the top floor. Only issue was they absolutely would not book a taxi to airport for us but they were right in saying we would get one outside. They also had our address completely wrong on the invoice and had Ireland down as 'Great Britain'!! I explained that's probably not a great way to impress Paddies like us!! But overall, lovely staff, great comfort, lovely food and we really enjoyed our nights in the bar checking out the cocktails. The maitre d' at breakfast was especially helpful and friendly. But the rest of the staff could be a bit 'softer' - smiles are never wasted on the customer! The location was great - a lovely 40 min walk though the park into the Brandenburg gate or plenty of subway and bus options. Lovely Christmas market nearby and the zoo was an unexpected treat - being across the road. Value was good too, for food and B&B and the breakfast was fab. Had 4 swims in the lovely big pool, even though sauna was out of action. But no matter, the pool in itself is worth the visit to the basement. All in all, would highly recommend."

"Everything was great when it comes to stay at SANA hotel in Berlin. We got very nice room on the top floor and had impressive view of the city. Staff were very helpful and caring and easy to talk to. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend and come back in the future "
