"Very clean and spacious. I stayed in the deluxe apartment, which has elevator access and is convenient. Equipped with lots of amenities. Even with coffee capsules to start the mornings. Good shower pressure. The shower space is Ok for me, and may be confined for some people. I hope it will provide laundry liquid for future guests to use the washing machine. "Very smooth process, from checkin to checkout. The property is excellent, very clean, had all amenities, and all the nice touches, from the little soaps to the coffee pods. It has a spacious balcony for the morning coffee. Short walks to everyone, from the train station to the city. Quiet and safe. Very accommodating hosts. "The suite was centrally located, close to markets, restaurants, and shops. It was generally clean, and the air conditioning in both rooms was quite adequate. The suite staff frequently asked if we needed anything and took care of it. I did have some difficulties because I didn't check in online for the check-in, but Sophia was very helpful, and I was very pleased. My husband and I stayed with our son, and the sofa bed was quite adequate for my son.

"This hotel room / loft style located in the Murat area of Bari. Very close to Bari Vecchio and in walking distance to the centre shopping area. The room slept 3 comfortable, small kitchenette and Sitting are in the room. I would definitely return. "

"Extremely beautiful view and unique place however they charged us for using the swimming pools which is unusual and they didn’t tell us about this when we wanted to go in, during check out we found out that we had to pay. Expedia also doesn’t mention that the pool is 18+ and my twelve year old daughter was really looking forward to it and was later distressed when we were told that it was only for adults. "

"We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was very very very helpful and friendly. The property and the pool are beautiful. I only have 2 suggestions though. Maybe a mirror by the front entrance. It is hard to see cars coming when you are trying to get out. The other suggestion is for the nights you have parties on the property. I personally didn't have a problem with the large huge music that played all night until 2 am. But I can see others being upset with how loud and how late the loud music played especially if they were maybe having to wake up at 5 am to catch a flight or something. I think maybe in the future you let your guests know about the loud music party and hand out ear plugs. But one again I want to say that the staff was so amazing and helpful, especially the 2 men that were at the front desk. Also a special thanks to the restaurant staff. My mother is vegan and sometimes this is a challenge while traveling. Even though they did not have vegan options on the menu, the chef went out of his way to prepare several vegan dishes for her. They were wonderful and we appreciate this so much. Thank you all for everything tha you do "
