"Uplands very comfortable, has everything you need for self catering stay in St Helier. So clean, beds so comfortable and such large accommodation. Stayed many times previously and will continue to do so. Every utensil u need is on hand."

"Property is wonderful and very well located. Light and airy but due to restrictions no hob , only microwave. In summer not a problem as there is a wonderful bbq area with plenty of space. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "

"We had a really wonderful stay at the Maison Gorey hotel in Jersey. We loved that it was in a quiet area yet with still plenty to do and see and several buses running regularly to and from St Helier. The staff in the hotel were very friendly and efficient. Our room was beautiful and spotless with a modern TV (we brought a HDMI cable to plug in our laptop to watch our own Prime or Netflix films at night). There is free WiFi in the hotel. Great view from the room.

"The room was incredible, great views over the sea. Breakfast was very good too. The downside was that the steam room was out of action, part of the reason for the trip was to spend some time relaxing in the steam room and sauna."

"Restaurant and bar v.good, breakfast good but not outstanding, our room (on 2nd flr) was more of 3star standard, but some of the 1st flr rooms looked very nice. Staff very excellent, and managed to accommodate us for extra nights due to all flights off Jersey being cancelled. Recommend. "

"Arrived at the hotel for a birthday weekend for me and the hubby, staff were very friendly and even upgraded our room. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna are one of the main reasons we booked the hotel and didn’t disappoint had it to ourselves most of the weekend. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice from continental- cereal, fruit, ham, cheese etc and then a gorgeous full English breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel close to amenities and lovely views of the sea with a pub attached to the hotel but a nicer one across the road will definitely be back "
