Comfortable hotel and good value.
Nice hotel and the staff is always kind and polite. Small rooms, but they are clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the train is close by and that can sometimes disrupt sleep.

Very clean and comfortable hotel right across from the beach. Nice breakfast and dinner are available, and the rooms have a balcony.

The hotel is not far from the center of Grottamare and directly across the street from the ocean but most rooms won't have a view. Mine had a nice balcony but the view of nearby buildings was not pleasant at all. I found the staff very pleasant but I had two issues with my stay. First, the hotel is very noisy. Trains run frequently just behind it and while there are no horns, many tons of steel on steel rails going very fast is hard to sleep through. And secondly Wi-Fi access required going to a web site and entering an email and password to connect. But periodically you would get kicked off and have to go through the hassle all over again. Automatically reconnect doesn't do anything when you have to connect through a web site.

Across from the beach!
This is a great property! Right on the promenade that allows you so walk th length of the beach without having to worry about traffic! We did it in the evening and in the morning. Both times the walk was beautiful. Right out the door of the Hotel.

I booked this hotel as an overnight stop on my journey. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself and my room were 'tired' and in need of updating. Ai rconditioning in my room was broken.
