"I rarely share my reviews on Expedia but I would say I really like this accomodation. The staff were super friendly and the room was spacious and well equipped. Enjoyed a really comfortable stay here. There are workshops in the hotel occasionally which makes the hotel even more lively. :) The only limitation I can think of is that there are only limited restaurants/shops near the hotel so you will need to go back to the city centre."

"I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "Couldn't have been happier with our room .Booked one room for 5 adults .Very clean comfortable bed .Much bigger than we expected .This was a welcome surprise after a very long day .Communication from the virtual agent when we were running late for check in was excellent .So very helpful and then on arrival hotel reception were just as helpful "

"The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

Fantastic stay

"First class hotel. Room very clean. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Amazing view of the city from both the lounge and room. Staff amazing so courteous helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic the best buffet breakfast I have ever had in Europe. The restaurant again the same as breakfast was amazing. Hospitality is clearly something this hotel staff want to provide to their guest and I will definitely stay here again as my only hotel choice for Brussels "

Great city center option, safe for solo travelers

"The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is 10/10. I felt very safe as a solo female traveler. Can hear some noise from room, but I’ve found this pretty typical with most places I’ve stayed in Europe so it wasn’t bothersome. Full size bed and en suite bathroom were great, and the bed was topped with one of the comfiest blankets I’ve ever slept with. Pillows are a bit small but overall a great stay and fabulous location! There is also a cute cat on the property but he is skiddish lol "
