"The staff were friendly, and spoke good English. They have a very good breakfast. There was a relaxed vibe with interesting animal themed interior design. The staircases are steep and the rooms need to be repainted at some point. Overall, I liked the place and would come back here again. "

"This is a very cute hotel. It is older and thus has some older facilities. Our transactions with the staff were friendly and efficient. We definitely felt welcome. Our room was clean and comfortable. No frills but everything we needed it to be. As in many older hotels, the shower was small but adequate. My wife and I jokingly called it the "cruise ship shower." It is in a very convenient location to walk to the Martini tower or the Groninger Museum. Lots of dining options and near by grocery stores. The breakfast the offer has breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit and some cereals. I'd certainly stay here again. We had a lovely time. "
